What Happens If I’m Late To My Appointment?

We ask that if you don't think you'll be able to make your appointment, you call to reschedule at least 24-48 hours before the appointment. If you're over 15 - 30 mins late the day of your appointment without contacting the shop, we'll consider that a no-show and forfeit your deposit and time-slot.
